Submitted resume, took a personality assessment. Received an email requesting a phone interview. The time came and passed, no call. Sent out an email, Recruiter called stating she simply forgot. Went through a couple of scripted questions, then stated she didn't have any of my information and asked if I could send over my resume? Hence no idea who I was or what I was actually applying for. I sent over my resume, the next day I had a no thanks email. I do not think there is much in the way of organization. I'm guessing the reviews are spot on
