Applied online, received email to set-up interview about a week later. Pretty standard interview, met with CEO and executive assistant. The CEO was a little intimidating and hard to read. This was a new position and they had not really outlined the role which concerned me. They said the position would most likely be swamped within the first few months; fighting for resources, etc. but then things would die down and there would come a time where this person would need to define the role which is often a red flag I have found. Overall nice people, and pretty standard interview.
