      They wanted me to record myself while putting answers into a google spreadsheet which had to be done within 2 hours. So it was an assessment. Some tasks were doable as they referred to hard skills (calculating KPI), others seemed arbitrary or at least seemed like you were providing them with some nice templates or ideas regardless of whether you are landing the job or not (such as "Outline 10 tips to our influencers which can help them achieve maximum success from their postings."). When I didn't get an offer at the end and asked for feedback which would have been normal and appropriate after having a candidate spend hours on an assessment, they simply stopped replying. Tells you all there is to know about the company culture and respect towards employees.

      These are the questions which they wanted me to answer within a 2 hour recording: In order to grow our network of influencers to thousands within the next 12 months please outline below how you would approach each category (beauty, toys, and games), the numbers you would expect to achieve in each category, individuals and/or companies you would approach and what you would do to enlist this support. ---- Outline your procedure for building and maintaining relationships with our influencers, including touchpoints, give aways and estimated spend to ensure positive ROI and influencer motivation. ------ Write an e-mail to a prospective influencer addressing the following points in the space below or attach a word document. 1. Negotiate price to meet our target price. Hint: What can you leverage? How are you going to negotiate? What other factors could influence price? Key is to build long lasting relationship Hint: We are looking at your written communication and negotiation style. ---- Part of the Social Media Outreach Manager role is also to share best practices and techniques with our influencers to assist them in achieving the maximum potential from their posts/listings. Outline 10 tips to our influencers which can help them achieve maximum success from their postings. --- In the table below (was included), calculate the CTR, CPC, ACoS, and CR based on the data provided. ---------------- In comparison with sales via a product’s organic listing, sales via PPC incur the additional cost of clicks on the product advert.
