I first had a meeting with a hiring or HR representative. They asked me canned questions that seemed to be relayed from the Social/Marketing department. Then, I had to take a mandatory hour-long social media quiz. It's not ideal to do an hour of free work ahead of interviewing, but the test was doable within the hour. I made it to another round where I interviewed with a high level Manager in person. The talk seemed to go really well and I was asked soft-ball questions. I did not get a follow up after this final interview.
