Got to all four levels of the interview, including an on site interview, and also took an entire day off, to accommodate two interviews in one day. However, towards the end, I didnt get any update whatsover, complete ghosting experience. I had to follow up myself, only then I got a reply, had I not follow up, I'm certain I would not have gotten any reply.
