The selection process includes around 6 (!!) stages of interview: 2 people in each. Essentially, comes down to purely subjective selection whether each of them likes you as a person. Questions totally unrelated to the role. Never came back to me in the middle of this process, although promised a feedback.

Experience, why you chose them + private questions unrelated to work
After I applied online, a recruiter reached out a couple of weeks later to setup an introductory call.
Call went great. I followed up. They replied quickly, saying they're still interviewing.
It's now 6 weeks later, job is reposted and I didn't hear a thing either way.
Ghosted.
Easy interview process with some data analysis and questions to answer about a case with financial statements. Behavioral questions like why this firm, why consulting, etc. Professional process and not too difficult
The process has a very practical and interesting case study, an introduction about the firm and employee teams. Overall speaking, there have a very good vibe and a friendly working atmosphere.
