The team reached out by email to invite me to the first stage.1st stage interview was quite informal and we discussed the role and previous skills. We also discussed the company and my suitability for the role. 2nd stage was really similar too. Even though the interviewers were really friendly and professional, the whole process felt quite unorganised as they asked the same questions and there didn’t seem to be a structure in the process. I had to chase the recruiters to get in touch with updates and they were always unreachable over the phone.
