I applied online and was called in for a first-round assessment which consisted of a written test and a group case exercise. I was called back for a second round assessment, which was an individual case exercise, an interview with two consultants, and a final interview with a partner. The questions were follow-up questions from the case, behavioral questions (times you worked on a team, etc), and a market-sizing question from the partner.
