We had a ZOOM meeting/interview with the community director and regional manager. It was a 30-minute of them asking questions pertaining to marketing skills. They briefly talked about FPI as a company.

The interview process was quick and easy. It lasted maybe 30 minutes and then I was on my way. It seemed like I was a good fit for the position but they didn’t want to give it away.

What are your biggest strengths and your biggest weakness?
This was for a position in 2007. My interview was easy going for the most part. Prior to the interview, I was nervous but once I met the hiring manager, I felt more confident because they made me made feel comfortable.

I received a phone call from the manager for an interview. She was very nice and went over the job description. She was very thorough. She asked if I could come in for an in person interview
