Was contacted after sending my resume to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went well and then preceded to have two Skype calls given I was living far from the area at the time. The interview is relaxed and interviewers generally had a sense of wanting to get to know me and my interests. I was also given a writing assessment during the process to complete - had to write a press release.
