Met with HR on premises. Initially they described a pretty picture of the company and the finance division but later on they gave away problematic stories about how the finance division functions, something very concerning to someone interviewing with them. At one point, HR told me that they cannot really recommend the position to someone already employed elsewhere, only to have them quit their job to join Fournarakis and become jobless a few months later (!). The second stage was meeting the hiring manager; she seemed uninterested in my experience and only cared about my age. Overall, questions were about personal data, and there were some case studies about how would you manage the very poorly disciplined staff and if you are OK with working 10 hours on a daily basis and doing a demo (I guess unpaid) day were you are essentially being judged about being a good fit for the others.
