Primeira tinha um bate papo com RH, depois tinha que fazer 2 testes que, conforma RH falou, talvez ia ser usada para determinar o melhor candidato no final. Depois tinha uma entrevista de 1 hora com diretor de projetos, com teste em Inglês. Por causa das férias do diretor, tinha mais uma entrevista com outro gerente de projetos (o cargo para qual estava aplicando). Após disso tinha uma entrevista de 45min com diretor operacional Latam. Essa entrevista era inteiramente em Inglês

It's a good exchange of opinion and work experience as our working area and types are same. But afterward there was no further communication from them.It seems they have found more suitable candidate ? Not sure ..No update or regret communication

Begins with a test, maths and aptitude followed by technical interview, specific to the stream ( in my case project management) conducted by two senior project directors / Department head and finally a HR interview with salary negotiation
