I applied online and the recruiter reached out within a few days. First there was a phone screen, then a 60-minute hiring manager interview, then the final round was a 3-hour chunk of two technical panels and one hour of resume deep-dive with the hiring manager and his skip level. Everyone I talked to was very nice, the tech panel was fun and even though I don't think I did great with it, the interviewers were helpful and kind. I really appreciate that the whole process was quick - I heard back after each round within just a few days.
