The interview process was efficient and organized, but the experience felt disconnected and impersonal. The interviewers didn’t turn on their cameras or bring much energy to the conversation, which made it hard to gauge their engagement and interest. The lack of feedback was especially disappointing—I believe interviews should be a constructive exchange, allowing candidates to understand their strengths and areas to improve. This process would be greatly improved with a bit more engagement and a feedback loop for candidates who invest significant time and effort to prepare.
