I applied through Linkedin and was contacted a few days later by a recruiter after a brief phone screening I was interviewed by the hiring manager. I was asked questions about my user research process and asked to share projects in my portfolio. I was contacted later by the recruiter to say I didn't have enough experience desired for the role as it would be a leadership role for the location.
