I got a call from recruiter for an interview. For first round it was moderate level interview where some scenario based questions ans some coding questions were asked. After clearing first technical, I was invited for managerial round after 2-3 days, where mostly architecture level questions and behaviour questions were asked. Also there was one coding question at the end of interview. On the same day in the evening, got a call from HR and she said I have cleared all rounds and she discussed about salary expectations and joining date etc. HR agreed on salary and joining date so we moved forward. On the next day, got an email from same HR for document submission and she said offer letter will be released in next 2 days. I submitted all the documents on the same day, but after that its about more than one month and I didn’t receive offer letter. I followed up with HR multiple times, she said she can’t predict when can offer approval will be done as there are lay offs and other management level changes are being taking place in FIS. I am still unsure whether I am going receive any offer from FIS or not. I so happy and eager to join FIS but really after clearing all rounds and everything I am still in waiting state.
