The interviewee was giving all this information about their program and I would work for them for the first 3 months and see if I pass or fail. If I pass then I will get a raise after 6 months. The interview felt like I was talking to an AI. It was either a yes or no question. Then he asked he gave me the salary I was starting with and asked if I was good with the amount they are offering. The way the interviewee was explaining it to me didn't sound a good place to start after graduating from college.
