Telephone interview with the recruiter, then video call with the Hiring Manager plus one other colleague. Standard questions but the Hiring Manager kept closing his eyes while I spoke. It was distracting and uncomfortable. He also started smiling and typing to other people throughout. The other colleague on the call wasn't even part of the Hiring Manager's team and seemed to step up more due to the Hiring Manager's behaviour. It was odd to bother interviewing me at all.
