Applied online, received a call from a recruiter a week later saying I wasn't chosen for the original position I applied to because they hired internally but that they wanted me to apply to a similar position. I did, same recruiter called and did an initial phone screen and said she would pass along her notes to the hiring manager. Received a call a couple of days later saying the hiring manager wanted to set up a 45 minute phone interview. A couple of days later the recruiter called and said the hiring manager wanted to set up an in-person interview. I had my in-person interview on a Friday and the following Monday I got a call from the recruiter saying they wanted to offer me the position. The whole process was fairly quick, 2 weeks from the time I applied until I accepted the offer.

First round of Interview wasn't easy but the questions asked were relevant to the profile for which they were hiring. Also, Me and My friend given the interview but they did not call back or any response to my friend as his interview did not go well.
