Connected with FIS at a university career fair. Interviewed with on campus recruiting for the first round. The first interview was mostly behavioral, followed by a logical aptitude test. The second interview was in Houston; FIS will pay for travel and lodging. The second interview was more difficult. After the interview, interviewees have a catered lunch with current employees.
