Entretien
The interview process took about a month. First I was contacted right away for a phone call. Then another phone interview. After phone conversations with two levels of management, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. Managers shared good, helpful information and gave many opportunities for me to ask questions throughout the process.

Entretien
I applied and the next morning received an email from their recruiter asking to schedule a phone screen. I emailed back and sent a few times that I was able to talk. The recruiter emailed two days later selecting a time. I emailed back to confirm. The day comes and I wait and wait until 30 mins past my phone screen so I decide to check in with the recruiter via email. They told me something went wrong on their end, didn’t apologize for it and also made it sound as if it was my fault that the issue came about when I had nothing to do with why they couldn’t pull up my file. Tells me to reschedule for some time this week, doesn’t list out their availability. So I repeat the process, I sent a few times and didn’t get a response until another two days later. I have the phone screen which was very basic, asked me to talk about my current experience, why I’m leaving and what my expected salary was. They then ran through the job description with me. I was then told my application will be sent for to the local field office position I applied for and will hopefully hear back sometime the following week. The phone call lasted no longer than 7 mins, I was cut off while speaking and not allowed or open to asking my OWN questions. I unsurprisingly never heard back. Overall, the whole experience felt extremely unprofessional and my recruiter was so rude. The recruiter clearly wanted to rush through the process to get off the phone as quickly as possible.
