Intense Technical Interview, Rate of selection is pretty less, 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round and 1 HR round. Interview process may stretch over few weeks. A bit lengthy process.

Be prepared with overall HA activities, itil process, installation, must have hands on experience on tsql for Automation.
