      Entretien

      The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. Initially, there was a technical interview followed by an in-depth technical discussion, which lasted about an hour. After completing these two rounds, I was asked to take a basic technical MCQ round focused on JavaScript. Interestingly, during the second technical discussion, my interview concluded five minutes early. When I asked the interviewer for feedback, I was told that none of the candidates had cleared the final online machine-coding test, and that I was the only one who had successfully cleared it. After completing all three rounds, the recruiter confirmed that I had cleared every stage of the interview process. Salary discussions were also completed at this point. However, only after all rounds and salary discussions were completed, my resume was reviewed again, and concerns were raised about me switching companies frequently. Since then, I have not received any further communication. Truly a remarkable recruitment experience.

Additionally, it is not our practice to revisit unrelated concerns after completing salary discussions, nor have we had a situation where an offer decision was reversed for the reasons mentioned.
