While I recognize there are areas where I could have performed better, I was particularly thrown off by a question regarding my career progression. Honestly, this felt somewhat classist, as it made assumptions without any understanding of my personal financial circumstances that may have influenced my career decisions. The interview itself felt rushed, leaving little opportunity for a genuine conversation. Furthermore, the interview concluded without allowing me to ask any questions, which gave the distinct impression that a decision had already been made. The process felt impersonal and didn't provide a positive candidate experience.
