J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez FICO (Bengaluru)
Entretien
Seven rounds of interview. Mostly technical rounds about prior experience and questions regarding model development.Statistics questions and written test on coding skills( SAS,R). Final round with leadership and HR regarding soft skills.Mostly question on similar model development techniques in all rounds
Quite a lot of interviews. Half of the interviews were easy as the interviewer itself had limited knowledge. The interviewers were asking questions based on their experience rather than asking questions based on interviewee's experience. Few interviewers asked really impressive questions. Multiple interviewers asked the same questions. They just ended us wasting theirs and my time.
