The interview process began with an introductory meeting with the Human Resources (HR) department. This initial stage was relatively straightforward and served as a general overview of both the company and my background. During this session, the HR representative provided an introduction to the company’s mission, values, and organizational culture. They outlined the structure of the team I would potentially join and explained the role in detail. We discussed my resume, focusing on my previous experiences, skills, and how they align with the job requirements. This meeting was also an opportunity for me to ask preliminary questions about the company and the position.
Following the HR interview, I was scheduled for a second, more intensive interview with the team I would be working with. This phase was significantly more detailed and rigorous, designed to assess both my technical abilities and how well I would fit within the team dynamics. The team interview involved multiple members, each focusing on different aspects relevant to the role.
