Was offered a position at a low salary and negotiated. The following day I got a call saying they couldn't budge on the salary offer and by the way we rescind the job offer because somebody else already accepted an offer for the job. Horrible way to handle this and I wouldn't trust this company. Am SO glad I won't be going to work there now.

Entretien
The interview was a very organized and pleasant process. I was introduced to the company and then asked to introduce myself. I was then introduced to the available position. Each person at the table then asked me some questions and were all very nice. I was allowed to ask questions as well. I was thanked for coming in and was told they would be in touch.

I was asked many questions but one question that they asked was "What did I know about the company and why did I want to work there?"

Entretien
Very quick - they make decisions quickly. Most of the interview was a culture/personality interview. My experience fit their needs, so they were seeing if I would be a good fit culturally in the office.
