Interview process was quick but stressful. Multiple phone interviews were involved prior to an in person interview with the hiring manager and their report to. Multiple discussion format questions and scenarios to assess a cultural fit for the company.

The hiring manager was mainly concerned about how the interviewer would fit into the corporate culture. Did not elaborate too much on the role but rather on personal interest to get a better understanding on the individual
