J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez FEV Tutor (Las Vegas, NV) en juin 2023
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to apply for the position. I scheduled my interview for 1 week later. It only lasted about 20 min. She didn't know much at all about the position. I was not impressed by the fact that she read the job description from the job posting directly to me as a way to tell me about the position. It took up time from me learning more about the job to see if I would be a good fit. I was then emailed a few days later that I was not chosen for the next round of interviews.
You were sent questions to think about beforehand that was very helpful in preparing for the interview. All the people I met through the process were very warm and inviting.

The first interview was about an hour long, and the questions were fairly reasonable and generic based on normal first interviews. I felt like it went really well and it seemed as though they were very interested! I got another email for the second interview with another manager and it was a video interview. I felt like they were more interested in what I was doing at my current job (it is a competitor) and kept asking questions about salary after I had already answered. A week went by, I sent them the writing samples they had asked and followed up with an email asking about an update. No response. No email stating that I did or did not get the job, and no thank you email for applying. They left me hanging. I obviously assumed I didn't get the position but it was such a strange situation.
