The interview process began with a phone interview, which was followed by a video interview. During the phone interview, we discussed my background and qualifications. The video interview allowed for a more in-depth assessment of my skills and experience, providing an opportunity for both parties to engage in a face-to-face interaction remotely. This two-stage process enabled a comprehensive evaluation of my fit for the role.

The interview was an online interview with one trainer who was simply asking very basic behavioural and situational questions. You can expect role specific interview if application is for a specific role. My role was not techical so questions were about education, past experience and client communication and financial knowledge focussed.

Impromptu phone interview. Then a scheduled zoom/teams interview with recruitment team. An on-site interview with 3 sessions: group discussion, individual interview with account manager, a simple technical interview designed for non-technical background people.
