I did an online application and then received an email from a consultant. I was asked to do 3 online assessments and mini games then a video interview and then a slightly culty assessment centre where not much was revealed. Declined the offer due to the 20,000 fine if you decide to leave the job.
The interview was strength based questions, they, asked about your experience and wanted to know about your skills in context. First interview you had to record you answers and there were 5 questions, second interview was with 3 different real people and there was a total of 14 questions.
