This feels like the most important part and is actually quite intensive. Make sure you have a clear head before you start. Finally you will have to do interviews (3) where they basically see what you’re like. After that you’re in. It’s not too difficult in all honesty but remember once you’re done you’ll have to wait for a start date. Recently things have been very hit and miss die to Covid and now economic downturn.
