After you submit your initial application, if you are selected an FDM recruiter will reach out to you via email. I had a phone interview with a very nice recruiter who was very flexible with when I wanted to take the FDM multiple choice assessment ( consisting of 20 questions ) and short video interview. For the assessment, you are tested on SQL, Python Coding , Networking and Linux questions. The assessment is very easy if you go to school for Cyber Security. I only struggled with SQL questions because I did not take it as an elective in my graduate program. The video interview consisted of 3 questions. You have 1 minute to answer with no chances of re-recordings. The next steps where to review your results with recruiter and now I am moving on to the final interview. The final interview consist of a small lecture informing you about FDM and it’s contract. They then schedule a short 1-1 interview with you.
