Phone interview is very efficient; general questions and straight answers. They get to the point and let you say all that you want to say. Be prepared to ask any questions that you may have.
The first step was an initial telephonic screening. Then they will book you for telephonic interview. On successfully passing this stage, you will be asked to do an online technical assessment and a behavioral interview. Upon successfully passing this you will be booked for the final technical interview with a trainer and a behavioral interview with the HR department.
