Entretien
Firstly you complete online tests, then host a telephone interview which was more learning about the process rather than the interviewee assessing you. Then a strength based video interview, which once passed you go on to the final stage; the assessment centre. We had a long and boring presentation to start with, then you conduct the interviews. These I quite enjoyed conducting 3 short (15min) interviews. Asked typical competancy questions, and some extras. Then you complete some tests, which are quite long but not too hard. I did no prior practise and passed all of them, so no need to worry about them. Then you get called a working few days later on your outcome (most people get the offer).

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
