I applied in summer 2019. There was initially a phone-screening which was very easy, I was asked why I chose IT Operations and whether I was willing to be geographically flexible (worth noting this is a requirement). I was then invited to do the video interview which was fairly straightforward - all the questions I found on glassdoor. I passed and was invited to an AC which consisted of 3 one on one short strength based interviews and 4 tests (numerical, verbal, venn diagram and aptitude). The numerical test was a simple sequence test, venn diagram was very easy too (think the hardest question for this can also be found on glassdoor), aptitude test was alright and the verbal test was fairly difficult. I guessed most of the verbal reasoning answers but somehow scored highly on it. I was offered the position but declined due to the nature of the contract.
