I had primary telephonic interview for position of Business Analyst, it went for 20 minutes. She asked me about GPA and very basic behavioural questions. I feel they look for your excel knowledge in the interview process.

About recruitment model of FDM, so you should know that company train you first between 12-16 weeks then you work on client side, with contract period of 2 years.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
