It begins with a telephone screening interview. You are then invited to an assessment day where you are tired to take part in 3 face to face, competency based interviews, an aptitude test, a language test and a maths test. It's harder than it sounds.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
