Phone Interview was 10~15 minutes
Passed this, then you move onto the next stage which is an assessment.
Assessment took most of the day 9-3 with lunch provided
Consists of 3 exams:
Aptitude Test (Mostly Coding/Logic Questions) - 60 mins
High School level Math Test - 20 mins
Set/Venn Diagram Questions - 60 mins
Consists of 3 Individual Interviews with Account Managers (People that place you at work sites after training) - 2 General/1 Technical ~ 5-10 minutes each
My thoughts:
Phone interview was mostly HR explaining about the company, the 2 year commitment and ability to relocate. It was easy as long as you do some research about their company and know why you want to go into that field.
Assessment day was long mostly because of the back to back tests they give you. Lunch was provided (soda/subway sandwiches/chips) after the exams were over.
The math exam was easy if you know how to multiply 6546*7 then you're good to go. Some square root/square, and a Pythagorean Theorem question (find the 3rd side given one side and the hypotenuse).
The aptitude test may be challenging if you don't know much coding, but they provide examples to cater to non-coders for them to understand the syntax. Some basic while loop questions, and you need to give the output.
Set/Venn Diagram test was one of the longer exams, learn how to do it beforehand from youtube or something. However, they do give you a booklet containing examples to help you understand this part of the exam.
After exams and lunch you wait in the classroom with the other candidates to be called for the interviews.

3rd round Manager interview
-----------------------------------
Had multiple rounds of interviews in a span of 2-3 weeks.
1st round typical HR interview. 2nd round, a group interview where they talk about the company, who they are, and what they do. Afterwards, you get interview by someone for a tech interview. 3rd interview is about you.

The interview for me was done over the phone. I don't remember who interviewed me, but they went out of their way to make the interview as comfortable as possible. The questions were pretty standard for someone who knows has sufficient technical skills. I didn't quite do well when it came to communicating my points but I did use that experience and improved myself for the next interview.

Started with a telephone interview which asked about background and some brain teasers.
This was then followed up with an Assessment Centre on site at their office. The AC began with an aptitude and set notation test and followed by three separate interviews. Entire AC took about 4 hours.
