It took a few weeks from application to interview. The interview was a typical panel interview style in virtual setting. Somewhat old fashioned. Multiple questions with many embedded questions. Though I did not get an offer, I felt pretty good.

Entretien
Regimented, very formal. They stick to a script. Questions are all FDIC approved canned questions ie "tell me about a time", etc. Not many chances to "sell yourself" outside of responses to preset questions.
Writing assignment was timed but asked appropriate questions to see if I would be a good fit for the position. The assessment was fun and enjoyable. I would take it again if offered. It took longer than expected to receive the results.
