Discussion on past history and questions based on scenarios and prior experiences. Discussions of what I brought to the role and how I could be of help to the company

Was welcomed on the main floor by one of the employees. They gave a little bit of information about the company and the areas I may work in. Then was interviewed by two managers, one of which I was hired by. The questions were open ended questions that allowed for lots of opportunity to elaborate of personal skills and strengths.
