The interview was conducted virtually by the HR Manager and the Head of Operations of Bangalore branch. The process was smooth and efficient. I was guided throughout by Mr. Ambar Mirkar, whose support was invaluable from the interview stage through to the completion of all procedures following the receipt of the offer letter.

Entretien
I was interviewed for the Assistant Manager (MICE) position in Mumbai. The interview process was smooth and straightforward. Ambar Mirkar, the HR representative conducted the interview. I was asked about my professional journey and what I look forward to. Ambar made the conversation feel more like a relaxed chat than a formal interview and this approach helped me open up easily and share my experiences comfortably.
What truly stood out was Ambar's support when my current organization was creating issues with my relieving letter and other processes. He guided me throughout the time and I appreciate that.
HR is often the first point of contact before joining a new organization, and Ambar's thoughtful and supportive approach not only reflected positively on him but also on FCM Travels as a whole.
