Process was quite long but all in all very professional. Had 4 interviews in total which moved up the chain of command progressively. Only negative was the higher ups seemed uninterested in the role itself.

Initially applied online. Next steps were phone interview with the two designers, then a phone interview with HR, then a design project was assigned (which I thought was a little vague in instruction). If they liked your work they scheduled a Skype interview/project presentation with marketing team
