Was reached out to by a staffing firm looking to fill a position with this company. I met all their requirements and industry certifications. Interview was scheduled with the a non technical person from HR who was either clueless about then position or the staffing firm was very misled. The position the staffing firm advertised was different than the one that was discussed by HR. He oddly was very fixated on my previous cybersecurity background and insinuated that made me unqualified for thr AWS role.
