I had a brief chat with the HR representative. This was then followed by a test which I passed and then I had a 2 hour interview with a potential colleague and manager. I then got asked for a final 1 hour interview with a senior member of staff. However, after a month, they never got back to me even with feedback. It was obvious I had not been considered but it would have been good if the HR contact had the courage to tell me instead of staying silent. I rang asking for feedback and the HR contact said he'd get back to me by the end of the next day. You can guess what happened. I put a lot of preparation into interviews and I am aware I will not be successful in all of them. Regardless, I'd expect a little respect in return in terms of telling me the truth and giving feedback.
