Entretien
Phone screener plus 3 rounds of interviews.
The first round is with an associate (about core values, experiences).
The second round with partner (most difficult, figuring out how you think).
The final round is with a group of people at the firm (mostly for fit).
Falcon clearly values your time as an applicant and the process was completed within a month.

Entretien
Month-long process over the holiday season. They respected my time, asked me solid questions. 3 interviews with VPs and Hiring Manager. Assigned a case study to analyze. Final 4th interview with all staff I spoke to went well. Was not offered a position and was given second-rate feedback on what they were looking for in a candidate (more rigor).

How do you align with Falcon's values, and how do you measure self-growth?
Behavioural - questions around personality (show your fit around Falcon's cultural values), grit, a growth mindset, loves getting hands dirty, happy energy, good conversationalist (can make good small talk but dive deeply into a subject/area of impact), and interest in PE / the business model.
