Very professional interview, they ask the right questions to know how you think, and assess your skills based on some crticial well studied and structured questions. They were able to acknowledge my skills even though i did not answer all the technical questions correctly, pretty fair and smart
I applied for the Business Analyst position at FADEL after seeing the job posting on LinkedIn. Shortly after, I received a call from their HR department for an initial phone screening, during which they asked about my interview availability, notice period, and explored my previous experience and skillset in more detail.
A week later, I had a formal interview with two team managers. They asked questions about my professional background, my understanding of integration and migration processes, the key skills needed to succeed as a Business Analyst, and my accounting knowledge, as their application integrates with financial systems. The interviewers were knowledgeable and structured in their approach, clearly aiming to assess whether I was the right fit for the role.
