USA Jobs federal resume , and application process. waited 2 months for computerized sifting of applications to occur. Had a second round of questions to answer on the application website. The interview was 10 questions multiple levels , timed, phone call with a panel of 3 on speaker.

The hiring process takes quite a long time, so you have to be patient. Interviewers very friendly and professional. Be prepared to discuss your professional experience and how it relates to the questions in the job applicaiton.

What my experience was in developing and presenting training.
Not sure havent got t he interview yet but a phone interview becuase of covid. Reviewing ksa and faa website and doing interview research ,hopefully works. Good luck on your interview
