it was a self paced interview and it was overall not stressful at all. there were a few questions about myself, my teaching experience, my passion and education but i think the crucial part was the situational qusestios about tutoring.
The interview was an online interview that required video recorded answers. Relatively simple questions about yourself and your education, and others about your own experience in teaching as well as scenario questions.

Starts off with an application then a self paced video interview. There are 4 questions, you get multiple takes for each question. The other option is to book a zoom interview, but its not personal and you will be grouped with other candidates.
