Interview was totally different and surprising. Interview questions were not related to the job requirement. All questions was highly technical like as like as MSEE level math test.

3 Managers spent about 1 hour each asking various questions about my background. I went out for lunch with them. I found that the clock punching is out and more casual dress code has been adopted, perhaps in response to the negative reviews. They are making progress. People were nice, the building is open only 7 to 7 and not on weekends so there is clearly a nice work/life balance.
